Experience food, fun and friendship while you learn hands-on cooking skills

I studied at Chefs Training and Innovation Academy ( CTIA) to become a Chef in 2014. I also did the Pro course with subjects such as cheese making, Charcuterie, molecular gastronomy and International cuisines. I have passed the City and Guilds exams with distinction and belong to the South African Chefs Association (SACA)

Furthermore, I did a number of classes with Prue Leith Culinary Institute to broaden my horizons in cooking. I also did a couple of classes in countries like France, Thailand and Mexico, so now I teach in any flavour!

My industry training included restaurants such as Kream Mall of Africa, Val de Vie, Benguela Cove and LUPA Midstream.

From being a Lecturer in Computer Sciences to teaching people how to cook, I am now living out both passions!
